This software is available to all our TC clients and their respective clients as a complementary service. Need to set up access for your buyers and sellers to keep them in the loop 24/7? No problem, just let us know and we’ll add your seller/buyer as well in a view-only mode.

Call, text, or email any of your contacts associated to a transaction just by tapping a button. Need driving directions to the property? Tap the Apple Maps icon and get connected directly out of KTM Desk.

Stay on Top of It

The app includes real time tracking of your closings and active listings, including monitoring timelines/dates.
