From ensuring that paperwork is complete, and keeping all parties informed from opening escrow through closing, and making sure you get paid -  we'll never drop the ball. 

Upon Mutual Acceptance:

• Confirm contract package is complete
• Confirm all signatures and initials are present
• Open escrow and provide transaction summary to all parties including introduction of all parties
• Request title update
• Submit all paperwork to office compliance
• Create CDF (form 40)
• Manage & track the earnest money and provide relevant documentation to all parties
• Maintain regular contact with lender, escrow, and cooperating agent as needed and provide status updates
• Monitor contractual deadlines and remind agent of upcoming ones
• Track additional documents & distribute to all parties

Provide Updates on the Following:  

• Title cleared
• Appraisal completed and received by lender
• Final loan approval & CD signed off by buyer
• Arrival of loan documents at escrow
• Signing appointments scheduled
• Escrow has been released for recording
• Transaction has funded, closed, and recorded
